About The Program
The Tulare Union Percussion program has quickly turned into one of the top percussion ensembles in the Central Valley, placing top 3 consecutively in the SVWAA Scholastic A Gold Class Division. The percussion program is under the direction of Ray Rivera and Cesar Morales.
